Custom and Portfolio Items (furniture or fixture)

No refunds, returns, exchanges or cancelations. All sales are final. These items are made to order and/or custom and therefore cannot be resold, returned or payment refunded. SheBuilt Designs requires advance payment and may require additional fees for customization. Once we have detailed all specifics and customizations (such as size, finish etc) and established an estimated delivery date, a non refundable 50% deposit is required. This deposit reserves your item/s a spot on the build schedule, and covers the high expense for choice lumber and materials specific to your furniture or fixture. Each piece of furniture or fixture is uniquely, individually, hand produced starting with personally selecting and culling raw boards specific to a location on your item through applying an exceptional hand applied finish. Such heart and soul goes into the designing, constructing, and finishing of each item one will view it as a piece of art. Any and all furniture and fixtures are non returnable or exchangeable and cannot be canceled once placed for any reason due to this custom made to order process. Please check your order over carefully. The final 50% is due as well as the delivery charge prior to shipment. We accept check as well as most major credit or debit cards. Should you wish you can be sent progress pictures and reports along the way so that you can see your item being made and get a glimpse into the work it takes to make! Communication is encouraged and please contact me should you have any problems with your order.

Up For Grabs Items

These items are already made and ready to ship with in 7 business days. This is a unique ability to acquire a one of a kind SheBuilt Designs piece of furniture or fixture without the wait. The pictures seen are of the exact item you are purchasing! I accept returns on these items; however, due to the nature of these items, exchanges are not possible. Contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship the item back with in 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for all and any loss in value.

Damage in Shipping

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify me that the item has been damaged. Should damage occur in shipping I will help you navigate the process in dealing with the shipping company responsible for the damage. We will need photos of the damaged shipping container/box the item was shipped in as well as photos of the damaged item. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and to file the damage claims. After we have notified the shipping company we will make the proper arrangements in order to repair the item either by having it repaired by a local professional or sent back to me to be repaired. Keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in as they are needed for inspection. You will accrue no extra costs when shipper is responsible for damage. Buyer is liable for any and all damage or loss in value that is not insured during the shipping process or occurs after the item is delivered.
