Returns Policy
Portfolio and Custom Items
All items are made to order and/or custom and therefore cannot be resold, returned or payment refunded; however, contact me should you have any problems with your order as I work hard to see all customers are satisfied. No refunds, returns, exchanges or cancelations. All sales are final.
Up for Grabs Items
I accept returns for items in my Up for Grabs section. Contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for all and any loss in value. Due to the nature of these items exchanges are not possible.
Damage in Shipping
Notify me immediately. Should damage occur in shipping I will help you navigate the process in dealing with the shipping company responsible for the damage. Buyer will incur no extra costs when shipper is responsible for damage.
